This is one of my favorite pictures of Miss B.
I did not alter my photo. That is her real eye color.
For this layout, I used Sequins...um, hello!
My layout isn't finished until the sequins are scattered about, Teal High Heal Glimmer Mist from Tattered Angels, Inky Black Mister Huey from Studio Calico, Houndstooth washi tape from Pink Paislee(I have hoarded this for years!), Tiny Attacher from Tim Holtz, punchinella, lace, Thickers from American Crafts and black label tape from the Smash label maker.
