The new issue is up at Paper Issues!
We are celebrating Fall and Love.
Ruby Rock-it is sponsoring and I got to work with their new At Last line.
As soon as I saw the colors in the amazing papers, I knew I wanted to scrap this picture.
We were driving downtown to get cupcakes(like we do) and we pulled off to take a picture in front of this mural downtown.
It's the Escapist Skateboard building in Kansas City.
I cannot tell you how much I love living here.
It also helps that my kid is super photogenic and always up for a Photo Op.
I would also like to give a shout out to Jen Chesnick. Her post here about photographing layouts is awesome. I purchased the lighting set up that she mentions in her post and it has changed.my.life.
I used modeling paste on this layout with a chevron stencil. I also painted with Heidi Swapp color shine!
It was fun! Just dip your paintbrush in the mist and go to town! It was really complimentary with the At Last papers, they both have an amazing sheen to them. So pretty!
This is a Two-fer! I linked it up at Curtain Call! Join in!
I used Ruby Rock-it papers and embellishments from the At Last line, UmWow star chippies, modeling paste, sequins from the Paper Issues shop, Heidi Swapp Teal Color Shine, Thickers from American Crafts, Caribbean solid twine from The Twinery, and my handy dandy 2 point punch.
